Background
Alycia began her journey as a Track & Field athlete specializing in the long jump at the University of Southern California, where she earned a BA in Human Performance. She continued her education with a Master of Science in Sports Medicine from Lund University in Sweden, which launched her career in collegiate strength and conditioning.

Alycia has held key roles at San Jose State, Clemson, and the University of Kentucky. While at Kentucky, she served as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for multiple championship-winning teams, including the 24-time National Champion Cheerleading team, the Women’s Tennis team (2016 Indoor National Doubles Champions), and Men’s and Women’s Diving (producing two All-Americans). She also contributed to the 2017-18 SEC Champion Volleyball program and coached future WNBA players, MLB draft picks, and Olympians.

In 2020, Alycia founded her own coaching business, providing personalized coaching to military personnel, executives, strength coaches, and other high-performing individuals. Her integrated approach combines performance, nutrition, and mental strategies for lasting success.
